WINE DINNERS

We will showcase some of our favourite producers and share our passion for wine with you. Our wine dinners consist of a tutored tasting of a selection of wines by representatives from some of the world’s finest wine producers along with masterfully matched dishes by Head Chef James Barber.

Join us, and fellow guests for a welcome aperitif at 7.00pm, followed by a four course dinner with a carefully selected wine per course to compliment.

Head Chef James Barber had the challenging task of matching a feast of culinary delights to the wines on offer and has created a course to complement each one.

Limited spaces are available, so an early reservation is strongly recommended. Call 01728 452071 or email events@brudenellhotel.co.uk to book your place.

Royal Tokaji, Hungary
The Renaissance of Tokaji
Founded in Hungary in 1990, The Royal Tokaji Wine Company has become one of the most defining wineries in Tokaji. From the outset, Royal Tokaji decided to concentrate on producing single-vineyard wines, made from the first growth vineyards of Mezes Maly, Nyulaszo, Szt Tamas and Betsek.

Acknowledged as one of the region's top winemakers, Karoly Ats combines traditional techniques with modern technology to create the award-winning Royal Tokaji range of wines. Royal Tokaji is the acknowledged leader of the renaissance of this legendary Hungarian wine, which, in the words of the wine author and company co-founder Hugh Johnson, is "a wine that would make angels sing out loud in praise"

Wine and dine for £55.00 per person.

Or wine, dine and stay from £120 per person. Rate is based two people sharing an Aldeburgh facing room and includes full Suffolk breakfast the following morning.
