We will showcase some of our favourite producers and share our passion for wine with you. Our wine dinners consist of a tutored tasting of a selection of wines by representatives from some of the world’s finest wine producers along with masterfully matched dishes by Head Chef James Barber.
The experience begins at 7.00pm with an aperitif and canapés, this will be followed by a three-course dinner served at 7.30pm with a new wine to match each course of the dinner, expertly designed to perfectly complement.

Pfeiffer of Rutherglen Australian Winemaker Dinner with Chris Pfeiffer - Wednesday 4th December, 7.00pm
Rutherglen in beautiful Northern Victoria is one of Australia’s great historic wine producing areas, famous since the 1850’s for its “stickies” (Liqueur Muscats and the renamed “Topaques”), but recently coming to the fore as a great place to make quality still wines. Pfeiffer
is one of the few wineries to have obtained the maximum 5 star rating from James Halliday’s “Australian Wine Companion” for five years in a row. The cellars are a century old, nestled on the beautiful and tranquil Sunday Creek, a tributary of the mighty Murray River.
We are delighted to welcome Chris Pfeiffer to Aldeburgh for the first time. He will show crisp whites, full-bodied reds and the internationally extolled Muscats and Topaques. Chris makes the wine with his daughter Jen; their philosophy is to use selected parcels of fruit from the region to create distinctive, enjoyable wines to go with food. He will be a genial and erudite guide to the delights and distinct specialities of his region.Menu
