We are so excited to introduce our summertime collaboration with Fishers Distillery! Fishers Gin was born back in 2016, with its truly unique flavour owing to its botanical line-up. On The back of this, the Distillery, which is quite literally next door to us, then opened in the spring of 2020.
Seasonal Tours at the Distillery have become very popular, and we thought, what better way to allow our guests to enjoy one of Aldeburgh's most popular experiences, all booked and arranged ahead of arrival, than with an all-in package in the glorious summer months?
Each Seasonal Tour begins with a complimentary Fishers Gin and tonic, followed by a 90-minute experience to include;
A guided tour of the distillery itself, tutored tastings of Fishers Gins and seasonal cocktails, a virtual tour of the River Alde, a truly unique botanical tea-making workshop, finishing up with a visit to the gift shop.

All tours commence at 2 pm, this will be booked for your arrival date unless specified otherwise
Our Fishers Experience is only bookable by contacting us directly and is not available to be booked online
A £60 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

Book your Fishers Experience in one of our Superior Deluxe Sea Views, Deluxe Sea Views, Superior Sea Views, Superior Aldeburgh, or Double Sea Views, and relax in supreme comfort. With fresh decor and furniture, as well as a new smart TV with access to Netflix* in all refurbished rooms.
*Netflix subscription required, this is not provided by the hotel. A few of our rooms are scheduled to be refurbished at the end of this year, these bedrooms are within the Aldeburgh Double and Twin, Single, and basement room categories. If you would like to stay in a refurbished Aldeburgh Double room, please specify this at the time of booking, as we cannot guarantee you will be allocated one if we are near capacity.
Terms & Conditions:
Rate is subject to room type, date, and availability. Based on two sharing, can only be booked at least two days in advance. Saturdays are subject to a minimum two-night stay. This offer can be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, applies to new bookings only. Includes an allowance of £35 per adult towards our A La Carte dinner menu in the Seafood & Grill, excluding drinks. £60 non-refundable deposit required. Guests must be over 18 to visit the distillery.
