Cancellation Policy
Any deposits are non-refundable or transferable. Full payment for the cost of the stay will be debited from the card provided 7 days prior to arrival, so please ensure sufficient funds are available - this is then refundable until the free cancellation cut-off. Cancellations made by 2pm at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date will not be chargeable but any non-refundable deposits will be lost. *Please note that for total booking values of £800 or more a 7 day cancellation notice period will be applied* Should you cancel or amend the booking after this time we reserve the right to charge and/or retain the full cost of your stay. This also applies to non-arrivals and early departures, and reasons due to COVID.
